I'm still running my 2007 F-150 with a 5.4. Still on original cam phasers, and the truck is really a low-mileage beauty. 105,000 miles.
I run 0W-20 in winter, and 5W-30 in summer. Which filter do you recommend for keeping the cam phasers alive? We all know clean oil with good flow is of utmost importance with these 5.4's. My OCI's vary greatly, but typical is about 5000 miles. That's all I put on in a summer or a winter, and then I like to change the grade of oil to be more weather-appropriate. (My temperature varies widely from -40F in winter to +100F in summer)
