Recommendation for BMW X5

Hello, I wonder what SAE Oil can I add to a BMW X5? The client wants a 0w30 for it! And he is stubborn to fill it with 0w30 is there any other SAE xWx to put for an X5, knowing that its summer here and its hot.. Thank you.

And what Brand? I have a Castrol and Titan Lubes.

What weight is called for in the manual? If it calls for any Xw-30 then 0w30 should be OK.

What you want is a BMW LL-01 approved oil.

Castrol Edge 0w30 or Total Quartz Energy 9000 0w30 are the ones to look for in your brand selection.
