Recommend a new coffee pot

Hi-Bought a 10cup Melitta coffee maker for $10.09 from on line "box store" with free Prime shipping and love it. Takes about 10" to boil water, make the coffee and then we store it in a stainless steel carafe where it stays suitably hot for 2-3 hours. Coffee is great, cleanup is easy, the device is fool proof (for us anyway so far) and we like it. Bill

Always been a "cheap coffee maker" kind of guy, til a buddy of mine got me this Cuisinart.....It's just a normal drip coffee maker, that takes the #4 cone filters......that's about the weirdest thing there.....the #4 filters cost so much more lol.....but I swear, I think they are what makes the coffee taste better? LOL.....i don't know.....lol. I'm always very meticulous with my brewing, always use Mister Chef "cheap" ground coffee, with even my previous Mr. Coffee.....I don't know, perhaps it's the high heat that the Cuisinart uses......the coffee is VERY hot....lol. So hot, I toss in a couple ice cubes
