Hi Everyone
During the many times I read my owners manuel to my 1995 Nissan Hardbody 4x4 V6 truck, it states when my vehicle was built, it was filled with a high quality oil and there is no need to change it before the normal maintance time. I was just wondering what brand of oil Nissan chooses to use as a factory fill oil?

1995 truck should have that oil changed already.

Probally SG 5w-30, Castrol is popular as factory fill. My car came with Castrol SLX 2 years ago, but I am a noob, I guess.

Anyone whose car came from the factory with SLX invigorating the lubrication system is definitely NOT a "noob!"
