Rate this tire: BFG Traction T/As

I have the H rated directional one. Great traction in all conditions, but very noisy after 18000 miles. Now, noise is unbearable at almost 40000 miles (smooth surfaces only, go figure). Tread is almost gone and I'm looking forward to replace it very soon. My next choice is Sumitomo HTR200 (I just ordered them).
I just bought a set of spec T/As w/3000mi off a 2010 Mustang with a set of wheels. They are for my Tiguan. I wanted a cheap set of 17 inch tires, and basically these are free after I part the wheels out. They are HR rated and 620 wear, what's not to like? They are just smokers for the summer with my new 17" wheels. Better than spending $500 for smokers.
