My theory is the CEO can base his compensation on the size of the company. Bigger the company, the more he makes. So the push is to grow grow grow at the expense of the members. So they open up membership from a select few officers that have been rigorously screened to everyone remotely connected or related to the military, then they advertise like they are Renewal by Anderson.
Costs have gone up and service has gone down. For auto repairs, you can use any repair shop you want, but they will only reimburse what they would pay the dregs of repair shops.
