It is about time for plugs.

But, No! You do misfire counts on the scan software - this is 2022!

Too hard to just check plugs on that 6-er with that effort you would replace them.
The intake manifold has to come off.

I know the feeling...on my Sorento, you have to remove the whole upper intake manifold to reach the 3 on the passenger side...
