Quick Jack

I might be over reacting. I just did the ATF in 3 Toyota/Lexus back to back. When it’s cold, I do it in my garage. It’s very difficult with my space restraints.

Rolling floor jacks from basement driveway out to the street up to my upper driveway po’ing my neighbors thinking there are tanks coming….

I tried dragging the jacks through the yard. Oh, heck no. 😂 I tried carrying them up the basement steps. Oh, hell no. 😳

Maybe if I give it more time (I do D&F ATF every 30k) my brain will erase this memory. 👍🏼

In addition to the above, they block access from the sides. That seems like a huge negative. Maybe something like this is better? I'm thinking of this myself. What is nice is it works for lifting from a point far back since you don't require much vertical clearance to pump a handle.

This looks very promising. I’m leaning this way. This would solve many of my issues. Thanks a bunch!

9 is too many for my liking. Maybe pulling back on a few things is an option.

I’m only maintaining two of our three vehicles (Malibu is a lease so it gets all services at the quick lube) and not everything I do myself. For example I took the Elantra into Firestone for brakes awhile back. Could I do it myself? Absolutely. But did I? Absolutely not. I enjoyed my Saturday doing other things I’d rather be doing and paid the few hundred bucks for someone else to do the work.

Post #19 suggests that wrenching IS what OP would enjoy doing on a Saturday.

We all elect to spend our time and money in different ways.

It was said by Royalty to be heavy, so look into the weight. Would be perfect if Milwaukee made one for the M18 system.

But would a vehicle on ramps front and back be reasonable alternative?
Sure, I don't see why not. I still have a set of ramps and jack stands in my garage as well. Especially since I sometimes have 2 vehicles up at the same time. I can only have 1 vehicle on the quickjack at a time.

You don't even need jackstands! You've got a direct line to the Big Guy! My wife -- and our pastor -- assures me this is not how it works, but I'm pretty sure they're wrong!!
I’ve been asking Him for advice. I ain’t sure but I think I’m supposed to fold with this particular hand.
