i consider myself a reasonably informed guy when it comes to automotive tech. however one question ive awalys wondered is on abs.
on a car equipped with 4 wheel abs, if you are comming to a stop and only 1 wheel wants to lock up, say the front left wheel, does the abs modulator reduce braking to that 1 wheel or does the abs modulator reduce pressure equally to all 4 wheels?
how precise is amb on most cars? could you theoretically have the 2 right wheels on ice and the 2 left on dry tarmac and still brake in a straight line with the brakes depressed to their maximum?
