The first time I tried to spend my "virtual card" from the Pennzoil rebate to pay a medical bill, the payment site refused, insisting the number the card listed as "name" was not a valid name. Later I tried again to pay a bill from a different medical provider, and that one accepted my "virtual card" payment without argument. Both times, I was using a desktop computer, so that's shouldn't be a problem.Once approved, I received my 2 rebates on line within about a few weeks. However, I don't see
how I can easily use these $10 "virtual card" rebates. I don't use a cell phone with apps to transfer them to.....
no internet access. It's just an emergency on the road phone. I do all my computing at home on a desktop.
So the only option I have appears to spend approx $10.00 on line on a $9-$10 item ...
