I think it says you have to apply for each $10 separately? Or can be one submission?

Good question, I did not see in submission form you can specify quantity, so you might have to apply separately 4 times using the same receipt?

FWIW, the list of retailers isn't very clear on this rebate. F&F has the rebate linked, so they must qualify.

I did upload the site to Copilot and it suggested Walmart online or in store will qualify...

You can specify how many cups you want (up to 4) and have to buy 5qts for 1 cup.. weird way of doing it, but the way I read the rules up to 4 jugs on one rebate.
