Quaker State synthetic rebate

I ordered 2 jugs of QS Euro 5W-40 from Walmart, submitted a screen shot of the order and delivery confirmation(plus filled in the drop down information) and was approved in under 2 days. Now just waiting for them to schedule the payment.

Same here, mine were approved 1-2 days after submitting

it is now at payment scheduling.

All three rebates processed and approved quickly, once I get the gift cards, I will update here so incase people want to participate in this rebate, so far, sounds better then the Mobil 1 rebate.

Just picked up TWO 5 qt jugs of Quaker State Full Synthetic 5w-30 from a Walmart store near me.....$22.97 each.
I noted on the store receipt that that they rung up with the "old" name of "QSUDURA" for ultimate durability, code #073102702540.
This is the correct Dexos 1 Gen 3 API SQ oil - mfg date of April 2025.

Wonder if that's going to mess up a submission for a rebate? The "Ultimate Durability" name was removed from the synthetic oils and
replaced with "ultimate protection". Technically, there is no QS Ultimate Durability full synthetic oil anymore.

I also note that the on-line price just dropped to $20.21......a $1.76 savings. Maybe simpler to just buy the 2 jugs on line and be happy
with $3.52 savings? I've had problems with the "on line" receipts before not showing key information and voiding the rebate. So I prefer
NOT to buy from Walmart on line if a rebate is going in.

just select Quaker State Full Synthetic option and you should be fine, check the status of your rebate a week after submitting.

EDIT: yep.

The rebate form had the option to check either type of purchase at Walmart. I assume because there's no traditional receipt with the online purchase.

There is no option on the drop down menu to select the "right" oil....in this case "QS Full Synthetic." The entry form requires you to type in at least "3 letters/numbers" to identify your rebate item. Upon putting in "QSUDURA" as on the receipt....it kicks it right out. And the entry rules are very specific that "Full Synthetic" oils are the only ones that qualify. While it allowed "Walmart" as a store entry, the form suggests you should include a zip code as well (ie 12345). Do that and it kicks it out. The number of "bottles" doesn't specify jugs or quarts. Is it 2 or 10? I tried both. After the first time entering the info required including transaction code.....it kicked out the entry stating that either my store selection was not valid (ie "Walmart") or my oil selection was incorrect ("QSUDURA 5w30"). After several submission tries, couldn't get past the first page.

After more attempts I just went with "Walmart" as the store.....no zip. Typed in "F" on the item line and "Full synthetic" popped up. So I selected that for 5 qt jugs. Selected 2. The rest followed cleanly. Claim submitted. I'll bet it gets kicked back because they can't match "QSUDURA" to any current QS oil.
