When I saw the email notification about Quaker State Defy, I immediately jump to it. This is my top top oil back then. Still have a bottle of it. I do love to have 1 qt QS Defy.
Next time I visit Canada , hope it still there .

I used it years ago and thought it was quite good. It is a high mileage type of oil that does slow down some leaks and I thought it also made my engine very quiet.

12 years from manufacture date.

This use to be the best budget high miles oil . I think it was under $15 for 5qt . It’s was my favore of all time until they remove the defy . Before Defy it was Slick50

Just something to think about...I inherited an unopened bottle of 12 y.o. Defy and it contained gelatinous lumps when I poured it into my engine. Nothing bad happened and I presume the lumps dissolved, but who knows...
