QS Q-Horsepower opinions

I must say that the marketing Quaker State is using for Q-Horsepower is pretty catchy. Clear quart bottles of oil and a flashy website. I have not seen a great deal of discussion over this oil though. I may have used the wrong search words, but I did not find any used oil analysis for this oil either.

Is Q-Horsepower in the same league as PP? Any information on how well this oil protects and holds up over time?

This label is brand new. It may be months (November?) before we see/read a used oil analysis here.

I am real happy with my 5W-20 Q.S. QTorque Power so far. No consumption - quiet - clean engine after 4K of this 6K OCI.

Next spring, this Chevy S-10 4.3 engine will try some Pennzoil Platinum 5W-40 European Formula -- compliments of the free oil rebate offer from Pennzoil Inc.

Perhaps I will send off a sample of Q-HP 5W-20 for VOA. I have a ---- sample kit waiting to be put to good use. Stay tuned...

So it depends on what base they use. I've run the PP and QS Q-T 5W20 back to back and have an opinion on them.
