What should the mixture be when changing and how long should I run it with MMO?

It will be fine to run it the whole OCI with PYB and some MMO, unless its slugged up.
But unless it is slugged up, I wouldn't bother adding MMO, PYB does an excellent job cleaning on its own, and MMO will only make the oil thinner.

20% MMO. Run it for your normal oil change. 4 oz to 10 gallons of gasoline @ every fill would be a + too.
With cooler weather now the 20% MMO will aid in starting on those cool mornings too.

I like MMO in gas, but not in crankcases unless you have a good reason.
If no particular reason, just use some at the end of the OCI.
