I only get excited when I read about Pennzoil Conventional or Mobil Super 5000 on the forums. Synthetics and the other conventional oils do NOT get me going. ROWDY

MC5k used top be the oner to beat then Pennzoil conventional has come back strong ( though Ive haven't tried either of the new iterations). I will say that the sodium DP used in the top valvoline syns keep my chain tensioner from sticking better than the moly boron DP.
Is Mobil Super 5000 a NA package? Ill go to PQIA ... an do some readin ...

Mobil Super 5000 does have Sodium in it, at a treat rate of 454 ppm.

Pennzoil conventional. It has a healthy dose of moly, boron and calcium!

They're both good. I'll buy whichever is cheaper when I need 5qts for an OC. That'll be a while though with my current stock.

I would like to try Pennzoil conventional, but Mobil Super 5000 is so dang cheap I can't say no.

Pennzoil Conventional or Mobil Super 5000,the BITOG version of Peanut butter or Chocolate. they're both good, so why choose. buy both, and mix 'em up.

maybe the BITOG gods will get the picture, they really did a disservice to the search feature here. MAYBE if you could search back more than a year (like the old days) you would not have so many repeat posts.....
