This is an older report from a sample taken back in November, but I just got around to posting it. This is from the older formula PYB. What do you think?

Looks real nice. Nice dose of moly in this one. Seems like the new formula has scaled back a lot on the moly as seen in a recent UOA posted a couple days ago.

Very nice report, low wear and excellent additives. I like it

Ya know, I wasn't really pleased with PYB, though. Seems like the "butt dyno" sensed more noise coming from the valves. I'm running MC5k in it now, and it does seem a little bit quieter now, but not by much. I have the new formula PYB in my Silverado and it sounds great, so maybe I might switch back..

New Formula??
I just switched over to PYB for my new engine(was running Mobil-1 1000 since new in my original engine)

I purchased 4---4.4 Ltr jugs as I plan on running it until this winter then switching over to PP, how do I know if I got the new or old PYB?

Does PYB always have the lowest wear metals? I can`t think of any oil that ever does on every UOA I`ve seen.

Penzoil, even with the recent formulation, DOES NOT use Sodium as an add - this is the the first PYB report I've ever seen with Sodium.

This looks like Valvoline Maxlife 5W-20!
