Thanks guys.

I have been throwing the soap POD into the bottom of the dishwasher and just running it.

Seems to be cleaning just fine.

Will run it until it dies.

Thanks for saving us 300 bucks (for now)

Wait for a good black friday sale. I remember getting a stainless steel one at Home Depot for $250 last November.

If you think it's not cleaning well and leaving soap behind buy one of the brands that offer Dish Washer Cleaner or just make your own.

It's mostly citric acid based I think. You be surprised the difference it makes. All the congealed grease and food that gets stuck in the jets & pump.

Also use the high temp wash function, electricity be darned I say. You can't dissolve grease with 110F water. You can turn up the water heater if it doesn't have one.

Every dishwasher I've seen said right on the door (needs 140F water to clean best). That is why they are cleaner as another poster mentioned. I know I can't wash them with water that hot.

11 years?
That thing isnt even broken in yet.
I have a old husqvarna cardinal 200 from 1983 in my house.
Amazingly it still works and have 0 leaks (yet) but i am planing to replace it with something more modern and quieter.
