I have for your amusement a cut open Purolator Tech TL12222 oil filter that was in service for 3600 miles on my 2025 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L Pentastar. Filter was installed a on Baxter Performance oil filter adapter with Chevron Delo 400 XSP Synthetic 5W-40 grade oil used. Seems to be of decent quality but it would not be a Purolator without some excess glue oozing out. ADBV appeared to be nitrile but was still very much soft and pliable and would have easily been fine if take out to a 5K mile OCI.

Installed was more Chevron Delo 400 XSP Synthetic 5W-40 grade oil with a Precision Parts (Premium Guard) PPG2500 standard oil filter.

Nice photos. Thank ayounsir.

To my eye, looks like a well made filter, even more so for a jobber tier filter. And for reference, I've seen 'similar' level excess potting on some PG/PG made OF anecdotes. I've had a good result on the US made TL14610, currently running another on a neighbors Civic. Said before, I'd have no problem running the China made M&H "Puro" TL. An excellent buy at $2.40, but lately the Amazon algorithm has caught up and price up significantly at least on the 14610.

Thanks for the c&p and fair evaluation.
