Purolator Red Filters

Are the Purolator red filters the same as the old white classics? I noticed they are $3 more than the white classic.

Yup. White to red, yellow to blue, blue to black. I rather liked the textured yellow cans, not that I'd use em again.

Well we all know that quality red paint is double the price of white paint.

I avoid any oil filter made by Purolator....because I don't like tearing....and ignoring it for years...

Been using Purolator Classics on all. None burn oil or have had the engines touched.

I'm not worried about Purolators!
