Purolator Oil Filter - L10241 at Amazon, $2.40 each.

Some shop somewhere has been selling a wide variety of the Purolator Tech filters on Amazon for a while now. I have been using the TL20195 filter on my previously oil-burning Camry for quite a few OCIs. At $2.45 for an oversized filter (for that car) and keeping her at 3,000 mile OCIs, I have absolutely no complaints. The one that I cut open looked solid.

Wait, I can put a 20195 on a 2AZ?
In place of the YZZF1/F2?
Isn't that just a long 910s/400s?

Seems the deal is for Purolator Tech filters, and not the standard Purolator red filters.

It certainly works on my 2AZ-FE, and I know that I am not the only one since I first read about using them here (I have also used Fram XX3614 and XX3600). The filter gasket is on the outer portion of the base plate, but it fits snug and I have not experienced any leaks. Go go oversized jobber!

TL14476 is the number for my Kawasaki/hustler zero turn in case anyone needs that filter. Same price.

I believe they’re the same filters. The red are for sale at auto parts stores and the white are meant to be for professional use at oil change shops. Internally the same.

Anymore I'll usually buy the master packs of the Wix ProTec from O'Reilly. Typically ~$2.30/pc and they don't come dented up in tyvek envelopes like Amazon.

That said, not sure if you can get them on the retail side of the counter.
