In this case, seems the OP is happy with his L14610 solid results and got his $3.27 (WM) worth. It appears he wasn't tearorized by some other results. Or put another way, he hadn't succumbed to some of the hystearia.

lets think of this honestly, before we were all nuts about cutting open our filter what about the people who dont ever and just do maintence and never think anything of it. you never know if your filter had a media tear ya know. Not every filter is perfect and im sure there are other brands out there that could have had a tear here and there but to most regular people out there they dont think about [censored] like this, just us cause were nutty lol.
