I know the filtering abilities of a Pureone is good but what about the flow rate? Exactly how important is the flow rate of a filter?

Nothing to worry about ... read this. The PureOne in this thread is your averaged sized filter (not small, not huge). Based on this data, I have no problem saying the PureOne filters flow just as good or better than most on the market.
