PureOne Filter changes (another gold filter)?

Gary,

The gold color may be a bit off, but I like it better than the smooth, gripless black EAO that without a Death Grip slips out of my hand and splashes into the oil

when I tip it 180 degrees to dump the oil out of it!

BTW - I love and use Amsoil in every hole in about everything! BUT put GRIPS on the filter cans, PLEASE!

While the gold color my not be as aesthetically pleasing as the blue, the functionality of the texture more than makes up for that minor detail.

All of us should begin a letter writing campaign to Purolator, requesting/demanding they make the PureONE available in designer colors. I mean if we are going to have to pay an extra $2 over their regular filter, this choice should be out there!

I don't know why Purolator decided on the new yellow color for the PureONE

... instead, they should have keep the same shade of blue with the new grippe coating.
