This is another good report for PU in a Nissan VK engine. It should be noted that during this oil run, it was subjected to some pretty harsh dyno tuning conditions as shown in the video below. The truck spent about half a day on the dyno getting a tune after long tube headers, B-pipes, and a custom Y-pipe were installed.

This truck now had 203k and no signs of slowing down.

BTW, this thing is a beast with almost 400ftlbs at the rear wheels!

Of course I replaced the oil with PU and a Royal Purple filter...Amazon had the filters for $8.00!!

The juice comes in at the 25sec mark for those impatient folks

Very nice! Was there any room for a small top up? You can boost tbn with small top ups.

I seem to be blocked at the moment from reading the UOA.

Maybe its just me, but not sure I would spend a lot of money for headers, etc on a vehicle with over 200K miles, especially for a gas engine.

The primary and secondary cats were shot. Call around and check prices of OEM manifolds with cats. Then look up the price of JBA headers. Then you will understand.

Meh.
Not only are they often cheaper, but this engine appears to not be giving up any time soon anyway.

Yeah, my old 1990 K1500 runs much better....even though she's real tired, with a free flow exhaust and no cats. But that old truck doesn't doesn't have an oxygen sensor downstream of the exhaust manifolds/headers.

Glad to see the 05 holding up well. I'm running the 2010 in the Armada but I believe different engine designation. My UOA's have been great with M1 5-30 and P1 at 8k.

That's a pretty wonderful oil analysis and the PU is doing great. The engine looks to be in great condition at 200k miles. This truck is driven a lot: 137k miles in 2011, now 201k miles in 2013. 32k miles a year. Are you running a lot of highway miles?

I see 3 previous UOAs the lead jumped, but now back down, good.
They commented on silicon, but work/tune must be the cause, and I wonder if something there revealed a 2ppm titanium or just test variable error.
Looks like 10k is a swell magic number OC, easy to remember.
Don't rip me, just trying to learn to read these UOAs is all.

About 50/50 city/highway

Thanks! I did wind up putting a Vibrant resonator on between the muffler and tail pipe just to tame it a little.
