Pronto P04612, RTV 900, Unknown hours

Came of a Kubota RTV900 that was knocking. Unknown hours. I have a UOA - Wix sample in the mail. The oil itself didnt look bad. I do see some flakey glitter throughout, and it doesnt quite show in the photos. It was on extremely tight and I had a heck of a time removing it from the engine, as well as removing the media, so I just tore out some chunks that I could get out. Looks like a cheap but serviceable filter. I havent dropped the oil pan yet but i'm pretty certain I wont like what I see.

Kubota D902, I have a filter cutter, I mangled the body trying to remove the filter. no mercy sweep the leg, especially a pronto. Nothing back in yet until I figure out if the engine is worth saving.

I give that filter rating a pass. Hard to tell where in service use starts and destructive removal and opening begins.
