Here is a Pronto P0-241 filter, made in Korea as I think Premium Guard and possibly Prime Guard's are made. From my friends older Caravan with the 3.3 v-6. Van has 200,006 on it when I put another of these and some MaxLife 10w30 from "the stash" in 3 weeks ago. Looks good to me and I let this site in my pile of filters about a week. Filter had almost 6,300 miles on it.

DO you have a pic of the base plate? If it has a #16 printed and has oval/oblong holes, it's a Purolator knockoff made in Korea...MAYBE???

It Doesn't say the company that makes it, ONLY that it's ISO Certified. Nor does it mention a Purolator application #L10241.

Char Baby, I just looked at the base plate pic; it has circular holes and 34 on inside of base plate, so anyones guess is as good as mine

Char Baby and for everyone viewing this here is base plate photo.

Looks pretty good to me. Not all jobber type filters are junk, you don't get perks like high efficiency or silicone ADBV's, but some are fairly well built.

I think the correct filter is the fatter one po4670, but I don't know what the difference is other than it's wider.

I am not certain but while back when I looked on Champ Labs site it said PH 2835 which is a P0-241. Maybe the filter you mentioned if I recall is a fatter filter

Using the Fram look up and Rock Auto for the 3.3L engine, the filter spec'd depends on the year. The PO-241 is the smaller (in both length and width) of the two options mentioned above.

Almost every company makes the fatter filter for Chryslers and others. Fram ph16 vs ph3614 etc. The gasket diameter is about the same, thread is the same, but the casing is wider beyond the gasket more. The gasket is more inboard. There must be a reason for the extra width, otherwise why do it. I tried searching to see a Mopar MO-090 cut open, not successful. I see on the fram the gasket is wider in cross section on the ph16 by quite a lot, 0.1"
