If it's flush w/ the casting, I'd use a reverse drill bit on a variable speed drill *very slowly*.

I bought a second-hand carburettor for my Honda lawnmower on eBay and the mixture screw seems to be broken off almost flush with the casing. How do I get it out? There's nothing to grip, and I can't Dremel a slot on the end without also putting a large slot in the casing.

I have the same genset. The OEM spark plug should be NGK CR5HSB. The plug you installed i believe is for a 160GC/V motor. I would suggest putting in the correct plug if get it running and are going to put some hours on it.
