Prime Guard POF-111 C&P

Howdy fellas,

Prime Guard POF-111 4,700 mi OCI. Used on a 2000 Buick Century with Providence 5w30 HM. An EcoGuard and Valvoline Maxlife went back in.

Very impressive for a $1.99 filter. The can was very sturdy as all PG’s are. The ADBV was still pretty pliable. The molded/glue/foam type material end caps were still firmly on the media even when pulled on. Lazer straight pleats.

I’d say my helper did an awesome job on this C&P!

For the old Buick I’m sold on these. I do have a couple EcoGuards that I got for $2 and some change. I’m interested to see how they look. I have a couple AC Delco’s and such in my stash. Once they’re gone I’ll just stick the Prime Guards on it.

Not sure what the efficiency is for certain but I’m sure it’ll work just fine for my 5k OCI’s. Especially since it’s 54 miles each way all highway for my commute.
