Total Quartz would be my choice among those you're considering

It's known good oil and you're changing every 6 months anyway, so no long OCI's

Biggest issue would be to get the largest over-sized filter that will physically fit. Adds a bit of capacity, extra cooling area, and traps more stuff easier while maintaining good flow (due to extra media area)

If you can't fit bigger filter, go for best filter you can ...

Filled it with Liquimoly touring high tech 10w40 semi. After 100kms, the car runs smoother and has a much stable idle. thanks Popsy for all your responses.

replacing Liqui Moly High tech 10w-40 with Liqui Moly HC7 5w-30 for the Winters.

It is a slightly detuned version of Liqui Moly SPecial tec LL 5w-30. 10w-40 performed well and kept the engine quiet.
