PRI-G - Anybody using it

Startron is my go-to Fuel Stabilizer if I needed it.
Then again, if it's going on 4 months, I'm generally cycling through it anyway.

For those running PRI-G, I'd be curious to hear how/why you use/choose PRI as your fuel stabilizer of choice. It's pricey...but all the die hard preppers swear by this. Fuel is only good as the container it is in...

PRI-G has made claims that they can fix gas that has gone bad. And this was before E10. Given bogus claims, I avoid it.

Good cans (aka, the ones that don't breathe(vented) are the key IMO with fuel, ethanol being obviously the culprit here.

Dunno why the Preppers love PRIG.
They would not be touting it if they have not put it through it's paces.

I bought a boat a few years ago and it had been sitting for awhile (years) with gas in the tank. I talked to a tech at Chevron who said there is no chemical that can put gas back together once its started to turn to varnish, etc. Impossible.

So my take is the claims from PRI-G are bogus. I would think testing a gas stabilizer is not easy unless you have access to chemists and a lab.

Startron (whole tanks) or blue StaBil (small gas cans) are the ones I use.
