I've used Bardahl PSF specifically made for Honda many times.
Based on it's advertising, The Prestone PSF for Honda should be fine.
The Bardahl PSF made for Hondas is not very good in cold weather (-10C or colder). It is much thicker than the OEM Honda fluid and it makes the steering stiff.
I am not sure about the Prestone but I think this is a case where you should stick to the OEM Honda fluid.
I certainly believe that the Honda P/S Fluid is the absolute best in this cold tempurature situation. I did notice stiff(er) steering when using the Bardahl/Honda PSF in the very, very cold temps but it wasn't terrable either, even down below 0 deg F.
At these temps, the whole car was stiff especially at -15 deg F. And as the vehicles age, they just don't seem the same as when new. GEE, who would'a thought
We just don't get much colder than that here on the Lake Ontario although in other parts of the state it certainly does!
