I can make some super meals with my presssure cooker. Pot roast and pork roast come out so tender that the delicious meat almost melts in your mouth. My Swiss steak made from a cheap cut of meat is awesume and cooks in like 15 minutes. My favorite is my stuffed cabbage. YUM!!!
If you're not using a pressure cooker you don't know what you're missing.
