This filter and unknown oil was on a friends 2020 KIA Forte she just purchased. 30k on vehicle. Was a window sticker so if I read it right oil and filter has maybe 800~ miles. Put a OEM spin on filter and some Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5w30 in and on.

I want to say yes honestly. I’ve saw a lot of Ecoguard filters on stuff at work too. No issues. We may go to those. This Auto Extra Mexican made trash is

They are the same I believe too.

The STP XL filter and the Federated Auto parts XL filter were exactly the same construction. Specs were the same and the black powder coat with a bit of grip on them too. The Federated Auto parts XL filters were $5.39 like 4 years ago. That was a very good price for that at that time.
