Funny now that you mention it, I saw a mint condition Z31 today, in a maroon color. Looked amazing. Had every option too, from what I could see. I was looking for a Z31 as one of my first cars, before I got the Altima I used to have but the only ones I saw had over 150,000 miles on it and they were asking way too much for them. Did yours have the spiffy digital dash/tach too? Sounds like it by what you describe.

I've tried PP synthetic and it doesn't compare with Amsoil. Amsoil film strength is far superior. Amsoil is just a better built oil.

For a turbo application I would go with Amsoil given the choice, I like that extra cushion.
