I'm trying decide between using PP High Mileage or PP Ultra for FJ Cruiser which is approaching 100K. I'm happy with Pennzoil products and want to use whatever is better for my vehicle but I'm not sure what would be considered best here. Any thoughts?

PPHM if you're burning or leaking, PU if not.

PP is also solid and often easier to source.

I like PU. I get it from WMT online. Last time I bought it on rollback and took advantage of their rebate, which was mailed to me promptly. Any of the Pennzoil products you mentioned are fine.

Only Sopus (Shell products) have been in my Fit since the third oil change till today except for maybe a 0W20 Acura and a 0W20 Idemitsu here or there.

Of that, my favorite oils are PYB (Summer fills only or in mixes when using up remaining oils or topups), Pennzoil Platinum, and Canadian Tire house brand Formula 1 Synthetic (which is just Formula Shell Synthetic).

These oils just make the most sense, from cost to availability to how thin the oil is for my application.

When I was making a Frankenbrew of 5W20, it was surprising how much thicker Pennzoil Ultra was compared to PYB in the 5W20 grade at room temperature.
