Mobil 1 is "fully synthetic" and PP is a group 3 highly refined oil...but both produce similar great results...they probably come out of same spigot as supertech...just kidding, i hope...pao is pure synthetic right?...and mobil is top producer of pao

You're right, I am just down the road from the Sarnia refinery, and I work there too.
If you mean Shell.
However, we don't make lubes, we are strictly fuels and solvents.
But seeing that we are under the Royal Dutch Shell umbrella, maybe someone from the refinery that makes Platinum knows more.
Calling Pennzoil Johnny, do you know anything about this?
