PP and strong fuel odor??

Its your PCV valve/system. Check gaskets/hoses and valve. If accessible remove the valve at every oil change and clean it with carb cleaner.

Or your cooling system isn't letting your car warm up to operating temp.

I vent my pcv ports and the gas smell on the amsoil is quite apparent.
