Here is my first UOA on my 2006 Toyota RAV4 2.4L. I had one previous run of 5K miles of PP 5W20, but did not get an UOA done. The vehicle sees mainly city driving, but does get a few freeway trips a month. My replacement oil is QSUD 0W20, and I plan on changing it out at about the same mileage to compare apples to apples. Comments are welcome and appreciated.

No issues with HG on 2AZ-FE's. There is an issue with the aluminum block on the 02-04 2AZ-FE's. Head bolt threads in the block can strip causing the bolts to suddenly pop loose. Resolved during 05. You would be noticing coolant loss and "wetness" under the plastic intake if this were happening. Probably nothing but the UOA results make me curious about the MFG date of your engine.

No make up oil added. My driveway is on a slant, so there might have been a bit of residual left over. I bought it used 15K miles ago, so I am not sure what the dealer had in it. I heard it was Chevron. Not sure if they use sodium or not.

You're running 3 different lubes back-to-back; there is no ability to fairly judge this "apples to apples" as there is way too much variation in play in UOAs.

You cannot take singular UOAs and compare/contrast performance of the products to each other. You can take snap-shot views of these lubes and play them into large-market averages, and see if the results are typical or not.

Please read my "normalcy" article to get an understanding of the concepts involved.

So you ran PP 0w20, then PP 5w20 and now QSUD 0w20. I don't see why you would really notice and difference in any of these oils. Your engine is just humming along. 7.5K seems to be a good non-uoa oci!
