My 2000 Nissan Frontier uses ATF/powersteering fluid in the power steering.I bought a pint from the Nissan dealer at around 4 dollars.Is there something else compatable to this at my auto parts store? The part number on the fluid bottle is P/N 999MP-AG000P.Thanks.

Are you sure it uses P.S. fluid? My '99 Nissan states to use ATF in the power steering. Mobil 1 ATF and Amsoil ATF work very well in my application.
You can use merc/dex in there, it will work fine.
My Nissan dealer uses only Mobil 1 ATF. Runs great in my Frontier!

Yes, when it has the "1" in it, it is synthetic
