The 1992 Buick Skylark (RIP)
3 month/3000 miles severe
6 month/7500 miles normal (the manual said that the majority of cars fall into the "severe driving" category)

The 1992 Buick Skylark was an interesting car, some said it was pretty ugly, my wife had the car before we were married. The countless paint chips coming off (thank you GM for quality paints), shopping cart mishaps, hit and runs, and high mileage brought an end to our ownership, but the member name lives on. . .

2005 Honda Accord I4

Oil Change Normal 10,000 miles/1 year
Oil Change Severe 5,000 miles/6 months

Filter-

20,000 miles
10,000 miles

1995 Accord I4

7,500 miles Oil and filter

I had a 1981 Skylark as my first car. Ugly, and clunky, but it was like a 4x4 in the snow.

I believe they recommended 10W-30 w/ 7500mi/6 months (normal) and 3000mi/3 month severe OCI.

A severe rod knock caused her to be stolen back by dad.

Owners manual requirements:

2006 Acura TL 3.2. Use the OLM. Don't know if there's a time limit, wife has car today. Dealer said the OLM normally calls for a change at 5,000 to 10,000 miles on 5W-20 High Falutin' Dino Cool-Aid.

2006 Corvette, Use the OLM or 12 months max on Synth. It looks like it's going to tell me to change my oil at right around 11,500 miles on the oil. I'm at 4,000 miles on the oil and will get a UOA at 6,000 as a sanity check and contribution to the BITOG well of knowledge.

2000 Acura TL 3.2. 7500/3750 miles normal/severe on dino.

1995 GMC S-15 Sonoma 4.3 V6. 7500/3000 miles normal/severe on dino.

Edit: looking back though the thread, it looks like many years of widely varying GM vehicle types get a 3000/7500 recomendation.

1997 Mazda B2300
Normal: Oil/filter every 5,000 miles
Severe: Oil/filter every 3,000 miles
(There's a maximum time, too, but I can't recall it. I drive enough that it's never an issue.)

2006 Honda Accord LX
Oil: no specified interval - Maintenance Minder only, based on who knows what.
Filter: every other oil change.
(Again, there's also some kind of time limit but it's long enough not to be a factor for us.)

The Honda is still on the factory fill, and it looks like it'll be due for an oil change at 5,500 miles or so.

The oil must be changed annually even if the OLM does not recommend a service.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 CRD

10000 mi or 12 months with B5 fuel
8000 mi or 6 months with B6-20 fuel

2014 Sonata 2.4

7500- normal
5w20, 5w30, 10w30 SM/GF-4

2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T
3000-severe
5000- normal

ACEA A5 listed as an option as well but directed towards EU long drain intervals (per Hyundai tech line).

'01 Ford Taurus 3,000 or 5,000 for oil (5W20) and filter. And iirc, Ford says these numbers derived from tests using Motorcraft synthetic blend.
