2025 F150 Hybrid - 9782 Miles

Out/In Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W30
Motorcraft FL500S Filter

I'd intended to wait until 10k, but I got to looking at the weather and my schedule for the next month and decided to do it a bit early. I'm sure 5300 miles won't hurt it next time ;). This is the 3rd change on the truck.

2015 GM Holden Cruze 1.8L with around 184,000 KM (114k miles) on the clock.

Out & Off, Nulon 5W30 Synthetic Dex1-Gen2 oil & Ryco R2694P filter.

In & On, Valvoline Restore and Protect 10W40 synthetic API SP oil & Repco ROF 189-S syn blend media filter and new O-ring.

OCI = 11500 km / ~7150 miles / 9.5 months.

It's using around 1L (0.9 qt) per 6,000 km (~3750 miles). Let's see if the Valvoline Restore and Protect 10W40 makes a difference. The 6L jug is a good size as I still have about 1L remaining for a future top up.

2015 F-150 2.7 EcoBoost. 102,500 miles. About 24-2500 mile OCI.

Out: Whatever the dealer put in, prolly 5W30 Motorcraft Syn-Blend, filter was definitely Motorcraft.

In: Castrol Edge 5W30, Motorcraft FL2062A filter. Bottle says protection for 20k miles. It’ll probably see 3k.

onboard annual notice was down to 2 days. Even though I hadn't reached my self imposed 5k miles in one year (since I retired, don't commute), close enough since the monitor needs to be reset anyway. Doubt I'll run up to 70k miles this coming year.
