Post your latest oil change

2019 Subaru Ascent Touring
81,804 miles
9598 miles on oil & filter
HPL No VII Euro 5w30 & XG 3593A out

HPL PCMO 5w30
Fram FE7317 in

Didn’t see any improvement in fuel dilution even with summer months, so using PCMO @ 5k til I can get dealer to figure it out. Then will go back with No VII Euro since it held up admirably in adverse conditions.

Waiting to see that XG cut apart 😛😛

Must be my month for VW oil changes. Did wife's Tiguan and a coworker of her's Tig, Just finished a former coworker of mine's Passat before my trip and will do another Tiguan that belongs to a guy I used to work with on shift at the department on Wednesday. At least they all use the same oil and filter.

2022 Passat. 2.0 Budack, 45K.

Out: Oil-Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 (by extraction).
Filter-Mann HU6013Z (thanks FCP Euro).

In: Same, except used M1 ESP 0W-30 from my stash.

Cigar: EP Carillo Black (don't tell my cardiologist).
Beer: Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing. She brought an ice cold six-pack and we split it. My kind of girl 😁. Washed and detailed the engine and everything else underhood. It was filthy and I was a little bored.

87 Subaru Brat, @146600 miles

2018 Chevy Equinox 1.5L LT FWD currently at 75,453 miles and 5,056 miles since the last oil change.
Out: Mobil 1 EP 0W-20
In: Castrol Edge 0W-20 (found this jug in the back of my tool locker- must have bought it on sale awhile back and forgot about it).
AC Delco PF-64 filter
No noticeable oil consumption. Yah, the engine bay is dirty- I'm going to do a full detail in a few weeks.

4th (and hopefully final) VW for the month.

2021 Tiguan, 2.0 Budack, 69K. He doesn't remember last OC, and I didn't do it. He had a reputable local shop do it. Oil looked ok and didn't smell like anything strange, so probably 10K or less. Did convince him we need to do tranny service next OCI.

Out: Oil-???
Filter-Mann HU6013Z (!)

In: Oil-Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 (my stash is getting low)
Filter-Mann HU6013Z

Cigar- Arturo Fuente Eye of the Bull (Again, mum to my cardiologist 😁)
Beer-Voodoo Brewing Good Vibes Hazy IPA

He and I used to work together here in SC for a couple years (I was actually his FTO when he first arrived on shift). Ironically, we worked at the same department in VA (Fairfax County) abeit, I had a 20 year head start on him. He left our dept. here to become bar manager, and eventually, part owner of the Voodoo Brewing in Fountain Inn SC., hence the ice-cold 6 of Good Vibes. He had just finished work when he came over. Good friend to have ;).

2016 Civic (2.0 with a CVT)
175,400 miles on the car

Out : VRP 5w-20 (6400 mile OCI)
In : M1 ESP X2 0w-20

Out : Carquest Premium
In : Carquest Premium

Average fuel economy for this OCI was 47.0 MPG

Oil life monitor was at 40%

VRP cut my consumption almost in half after doing 3 intervals with it, those intervals totaled up to 18,100 miles. It will be interesting to see if M1 ESP will reduce consumption a little bit more (although it’s not that bad at all now, it’s a little less than half a quart every 6000 miles)

2005 Dodge grand caravan 3.8L 250,250
Out: <4qt M1 5w40 euro and 301A filter
In: 5qt ST 5w30 HM and Fram OG Ultra 16
Was gonna stretch to 7.5k but with a little over 2 qt out the tailpipe in 4.75k 😬 I’m gonna stick with the cheap stuff
Thanks for the filters @‘53 stude
