Post your latest oil change

2012 Honda Civic oil only out 0w-20 Kirkland full synthetic. Filled with same brand of oil and kept the same filter. Oil had 4,500 miles on it. I used the MityVac and posted a picture of what was left in the pan after I removed the oil drain plug. Probably only about an ounce and a half. That MityVac works great. I also replaced the old belly pan since it was getting really beat up. Almost 140,000 miles on the Civic and I put 105,000 on it.

1998 Accord LX 4 banger, 169K, 6K OCI, maybe 15K on filter
Out: QS HM 5w30 and Fram XG7317
In: Kirk 5w30; XG7317

I gave this car to a single Mom friend 4 years and 90K ago. Rebuilt trans is bad after 9 months. Hopefully they honor the warranty.
Otherwise it's a great run around. My folks bought it new.

2023 RAV4 Hybrid. oil & filter change at 5k, initial change done at 1.1k,
OUT: Amsoil Hybrid 0W-16 / YZZN1 filter
IN: Amsoil Hybrid 0w-20 / YZZN1 filter
Usually, 0w16 is run in the winter and 0w20 in the summer.
You reversed that order and live in Northern country.

Did the Amsoil 0w16 show consumption or dilution in 3.9k?

He might be planning on running 0W-20 all the time. Going back and forth between 16 to 20 based on climate doesn't make much sense.
Exactly! I think the previous poster doesn't know much about oil. 0W-16 and 0W-20 is 0 Winter. I'm looking for more wear protection.

I had some business trip to Amsterdam, and made quick stop in Bosnia. Driving Mercedes Benz E220cdi (2011) that needed some oil. 479,000km on the clock. Apparently uses 0.5ltr of oil every 5,000km.
Got this Shell Helix 0W30 which would be Pennzoil Platinum Euro 0W30 in the US. 25KM which amounts to maybe $18 for 1ltr:

2021 Dodge Challenger AWD 3.6

Out— PP 5W-20, with a Fram Ultra Filter

In- PP 5W-20, with a K&N premium filter

The Fram Ultra had excessive glue on both end caps, to the point of being obscene.
My fault for not checking better.

The K&N had a superior O ring included, compared to the Fram.

No more Frams for me

My dad's 1987 Saab 9000 turbo. Due to recommendations here I used Valvoline Euro Spec 0W-40, with a Napa Gold filter. Car currently has about 156,000 miles on it. Still runs great once it's warmed up- there's a mass air sensor (?) that's not working too well (really bad idle when cold) and those are pretty much unobtanium.

I was actually almost a 1qt low when changing, first time it has been low since I got it.
Not sure if it is the 0w-40 Rotella (first time I am using it) or what.
I checked it at around 2,500 miles into the interval and it was fine, so need to keep an eye on it.
I am out of the Rotella, not sure what I will be using next (maybe Total Quarts 5w-40?)

Over the years I found that I could not use a certain oil brand in my vehicles as they were always about a quart low after 2500 to 3500 miles. Changed to other oils and this issue went away. The oil my cars n trucks were low with came in the very popular bright yellow bottles. Matter of fact I think Shell owns that brand today. You likely wont have that trouble with other brands.
