In same oil and didn't change oil filter, new Cabin filter (had 24k on it). Didn't change air filter (has 24k on it). Rotate tires.

I changed oil and filter in my 2017(new to me) Fusion. Dealer had changed it but I wanted Mobil 1 0w20 Advanced Fuel Economy in the sump. I also removed the shield under the engine, and as I did with my 2007 Fusion, it ain't goin back on.

Tig1: I did the same on the gf's Fusion.

Went with 0w20Mobil 1 Extended Performance and FL-910S. Her 2017 has 18,455 and was ex Hertz rental car
