In: Havoline 10W-30/Purolator PureOne PL10111

The Purolator is one of the tear prone ones, and will only be used for another 3k OCI. I do not trust it to go further.

Super happy with the Lubeguard. The previous OCI was 14,000 miles and it drank a quart of Maxlife 2500-2750 miles like clockwork. With this OCI, I had to add a quart at 3500 miles and at 7000 it was probably 3/4 quart low. So, fantastic improvement.

Out: 5W-30 QSUD (topped off by 2 qts. of Castrol Magnatec 5W-30); both dexos1 oils, as my car requires; Fram ToughGard filter. Four months/3330 miles, 37% oil life on the monitor.

In: AC Delco 5W-30 and AC Delco filter (plus tire rotation); plan to run until mid-October or so.
 
1999 Camaro SS 5.7L. 12 months on oil and only 980 miles.

Changed the filter because I wanted to get as much of the old oil out since the add packs on the old/new oils are quite different (low calcium, strong magnesium vs. very high calcium and no magnesium).

Out: Mobil 1 5w-30 and M1 filter.

In: Mobil 1 0w-40 last year's higher viscosity version and Fram Ultra.

1999 Ford Escort, 111k miles:

Out: VML NextGen 5w30 & MC filter.
In: Mobil Super HM 10w30 & TG filter.
 
2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 167,000 miles, Out: Valvoline MaxLife Blend 10W30.

In: Castrol GTX High Mileage 10W30. The local Walmart was out of MaxLife 10W30.

Castrol HM works great in my F150 4.2L but in the 4.0L it has the light ticking at startup, using the Mopar filter.
