Post your latest oil change

I ordered the oil and filter on Amazon for a pretty good price and delivered right to my door!

Changed the oil in buddy's CRV. First thing, JL stripped the head of the drain bolt since last time I changed the oil. Went to AZ and got a new oil drain plug. Went to JL and told them to change out the plug for free. Done. Get home and drain whatever, probably QSGB. Then reach for the filter. Loose! That might explain why he said it was going through about a quart every 1k miles. Here is the filter

What the [censored] is this? It looks like a toy and the gasket is not standard for the plate. Dang

Installed a PH3593a and about 5 quarts of Valvoline MaxLife High Mileage 10w-40

Nice work coolbird101.
Do you notice any difference going from the 0W20 Synpower to the 5W30 Synpower in your Mazda ?

Nope, not at all, very uneventful. Wife's daily driver, she didn't even notice the oil was changed, she asked today if I was planning on doing her oil change this weekend, I told her I did it last weekend. Lol

2007 Infiniti M35, 88856 miles
OCI: 4.5 months, 4200 miles
Out: Florida Nissan dealer's Castrol synthetic blend 5w-30, Nissan filter
In: 2 qts QSUD, 3 qts QSGB, Union Sangyo filter

BTW as I started I saw that the Nissan dealer's grease monkey left off and discarded 6 of the 18 machine screws that hold on my engine splash shield. I was hot, but it's Saturday, so I couldn't call them to [censored]. 45 minutes, a trip to Ace and $6 for new screws really made my day. No wonder that DIY is best.

Your friend's Jiffy Lube uses Mighty brand filters? Disgraceful.

Oil run 12/26/14-8/15/15, for about 5.5K.
Car was short-tripped most of these months, but has recently seen more activity. It'll see 4-5K over the next four or five weeks.

Out: Meijer full syn 5W-20, Motorcraft oil filter.

In: Meijer full syn 5W-20, Purolator Premium Plus oil filter.

Both of these oil filters were thrift store finds for a little bit of nothing.
I'll run this fill of Meijer out to 112K car and then UOA that run.
This oil ran less than twelve bucks a jug after various discounts, so I'm curious as to how it'll look after the sort of shortish run many of us favor.
