Out: Valvoline MaxLife 5w30. Only 300 miles on it, ran motor flush trying to quickie-fix my variable valve timing solenoid. Bosch 3311 filter. That endeavor failed, needed to replace the part. Wasted a perfectly good oil change, although the motor flush washed a ton of gunk out, the still-golden oil came out pitch-black.
In: Mobil1 AFE 0w30, got two jugs for $3/each on clearance. Shoulda gotten another jug, but the 5w30 Pennzoil Ultra bonanza at my work for $0.80/qt put me at ease. Bosch 3311 filter.

My filtermag was falling apart, so I threw it out. I still have a Gold Plug magnetic drain plug.

Oversize Fram Ultra filter was left in for this 2nd change.
