Wow! you have a 1978 Ford LTD with only 37000 miles. Cool? pics?
That's actually my mother's car. It only had 19k on it when I bought it in late 90's. 2dr hardtop base model in robin's egg blue.
I have 2 others with even less mileage and more years on them: '66 newport w/29k, and '66 300 w/11k
2006 Honda Civic
Yesterday I drained out Mobil 1 0w20 with 6400 miles on it, and replaced with the same. Also removed a Fram Ultra oil filter and replaced it with the same. Oil is at Wearcheck already so the UOA should be posted on Wednesday or Thursday this week.
Bought car in December from a Subaru guru who replaced the timing belt having bought it to flip.
I asked him about the oil at the time and he said he'd just changed it using an HM 10w30.
Out: unk oil with unk miles and Puro Classic filter.
In: Meijer HM 10w30 with P1 filter.
This car is driven daily but doesn't get a lot of miles.
I'll probably change it in October using Maxlife 5w30 and another P1.
