I think you'll be fine for the winter although if the engine consumes any oil you could top up with straight Delvac 0W-40.
Adding as little as 250mls will bump you into the light 0w30 category.
Next OCI (for summer use) if you want to play it more conservatively go for 2 litres of Delvac for a 60/40 blend.
That will give you a 0w30 with a 3.1cP HTHSV and 203 VI.
Still lighter on start-up than a 5W-20 at room temperature and over 20% lighter at OC.

Decided back in April to ignore mileage and just go with a 6 month OCI on both vehicles since neither of us drive as much as we used to now that I work close to home and my wife is a stay at home mom. I estimate our vehicles might see between 3k-4k each in 6 months.

07 T&C Almost changed it, but oil was still pretty clean so topped it off (was 1/2 Qt low) and decided to wait another 6 months. I figure the Castrol Syntec should be ok for a one year OCI. It might not even see 6k in that time frame.
